In these sessions we will use 3 different props and learn how to use them to find a deeper connection. Props gives a great feedback, assistance but also increases the challenge and the CORE connection.This is a fantastic way to improve the strength, challenge the balance and keep the matwork interested and fresh.With Pilates inspired flowing movement we will raise heart rate up, burn some calories and work on mobility, flexibility, stability and strength. 3 x 35 minutes Functional Pilates classes. Fun, functional and effective ways to develop stronger body. How to use 3 different Pilates props - Elastic band, Miniball and Foam Roller, available and affordable for everyone. 3 workouts with focus on posture and full body activation. Classes are designed for all levels, suitable for beginners however due to many progressions even advanced students can find it challengeable. All videos are in 4K resolution so you can watch them (and train along) on a big screen. And of course you have unlimited, lifetime access to this course so you can come back anytime you want.
